CC&S Ambulance Service, Inc. dba Bartley Ambulance & EMS is located in Minerva, Ohio. Our emergency response area is approximately 144 square miles and covers parts of Carroll, Columbiana and Stark counties including the villages of Minerva, Malvern and Lake Mohawk.

We pride ourselves on being a community based operation employing nearly 30 dedicated EMT's and Paramedics. Included within our staff are instructors that are available for CPR and First Aid classes. Our state certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support, EMT & Paramedic instructors are also associated with the Stark County Paramedic Program.

CC&S Ambulance Service, Inc. is licensed through the State of Ohio Ambulance License Board and the Ohio Pharmacy Board. We are members of the American Ambulance Association, Ohio Ambulance Association, National Medical Transportation Association and the Minerva Area Chamber of Commerce.

OUR SERVICES

• Along with our emergency services, we also offer Hospital to Hospital critical care transfers through our Interfacility transfer orders.

• Utilization of aeromedical transfer via helicopter or fixed wing is accomplished through a network association with MEDFLIGHT of Ohio.

• Wheel chair confined patients can also receive routine transportation via our multi-patient accessible wheelchair vans.

• At Bartley, our in house dispatch and billing staff can secure all the necessary information to bill Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Compensation, Self Insured Industry and Private Insurance Companies.
